Associate Members

The ARCC hereby establishes a class of Associate Members. Upon payment of a fee of thirty dollars ($30.00), Associate Members shall receive a subscription to the ARCC newsletter, invitations to ARCC special events, other general ARCC membership mailings, and such other benefits as the ARCC Chairman and the Membership Committee Chairman in their best judgement may from time to time determine, consistent with the budget; and shall be entitled to identification as Associate Members of the Alexandria Republican City Committee; but shall not have the privilege of the floor, of docketing agenda items or of voting, as do the elected members of the Committee.

Assistant Treasurer

That the ARCC Chairperson be authorized to appoint an Assistant Treasurer to serve at the pleasure of the Chairperson and to perform such duties as shall be delegated to him or her by the Chairperson or the Treasurer.

Executive Director

That the ARCC Chairperson be authorized to appoint an Executive Director to serve at the pleasure of the Chairperson and to perform such duties as shall be delegated to him or her at such compensation as shall be authorized by the ARCC.
