• State Senator (30th & 35th Districts)

• State Delegate (45th, 46th & 49th Districts)
  • Nomination method to be determined (May-June)

• Voter registration deadline: Mon., Oct. 17
• Election Day: Tue., Nov. 8 (Polls open 6 am - 7 pm)

2012 election:

  • Virginia Presidential primary in February
  • Nomination by Republican National Convention (late summer)

  NOTE: In June 2009, the City Council changed the dates for city elections from May to November. There may be further changes in the election schedule for these city offices.
